How to Order
You can use the online shopping cart, email autshop@aut.ac.nz, or phone (09) 921 9800. If you want to pay by ICD (AUT Staff only), please email us the order.
Can I collect my order from you?
Yes – Just pop into our shop at 49 Wellesley Street, WH building, City Campus.
AUT Shop trading hours:
Semester: Monday to Friday 9:00am - 4:00pm
Semester Break: Monday to Friday 9:00am - 2:00pm
Weekends & Public Holidays : Closed
Can I collect my order at North Campus or South Campus?
Yes you can, we have collection options for AUT Staff and Students.
1. North Campus - Kōkihi located within the AZ building
2. South Campus - KaiFe located within the MD building
How do I pay for my order?
Pay online via direct credit or online by credit card. AUT Staff paying by ICD, please email the ICD to autshop@aut.ac.nz, with the internal charge code and authorisation name, and delivery address.

How is my freight charge calculated for my order?
We have a flatrate of $15 postage within the North Island and $20 within the South Island.
How long does it take for me to receive my order?
For orders being shipped to the North and South island please allow 3-5 working days.
Any pick-up collections for North Campus and South Campus please allow for 2-3 working days.
How do you send my order?
Customers will be sent an email with a tracking number, goods should arrive to you within 5-10 working days from payment of order. If goods are not received within the 5 working days, please contact us at autshop@aut.ac.nz or Ph (09) 921 9800 with your order number.
Do your prices include freight?
Our prices do not include freight.
Can I change my order after placing it?
Yes – but please remember we have a very fast turnaround time and any additions to your order placed may be invoiced separately, therefore incurring extra freight charges.
Returns
AUTSHOP are committed to providing the best quality products to our customers. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you must return the goods within 14 days of purchasing for a full refund. The goods must be returned in their original packaging and in their original condition.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button.
We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
If you would like to return your item in person, please note our physical address is 49 Wellesley Street, Auckland.
You can also contact AUT SHOP by email at autshop@aut.ac.nz or Phone on (09) 921 9800, and we will then advise you on how best to return the goods to us.
